Notice is hereby given that Lidl UK GmbH has applied to North Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence tor Lidl UK GmbH, Wendal Road Blandford Forum DT11 7FP for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Applications are available for public inspection at Licensing, North Dorset District Council, South Walks House South Walks Road Dorchester Dorset DT1 1UZ or on www.dorsetforyou.com. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 28/04/2017 and 25/05/2017. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
