THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
BARROW HALL LANE. GREAT SANKEY (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to Introduce a prohibition of driving and clearway on Barrow Hall Lane from its junction with Lingley Green Avenue to Mill Avenue.
The Order will be effective from Saturday 27th May 2017 for 2 weeks. The closures are expected to be in operation between 9:30am - 3:30pm when signed on site.
The alternative routes will be Barrow Hall Lane via Lingley Green Avenue, Park Road and vice versa, or via Park Road, Station Road, Liverpool Road, Lingley Green Avenue.
The restrictions and closures are required to undertake essential carriageway resurfacing works. Ref: HIGH/1735 FROGHALL LANE, WARRINGTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Froghall Lane from its junction with Midland Way to its junction with Arthur Street.
The Order will be effective during the hours of 6am and 11 am on Sunday 14th May 2017 when signed on site. The alternative routes are as follows:

Froghall Lane (south west bound traffic) via Bewsey Road, Lovely Lane and Priestley Street and vice versa Midland Way (east bound traffic) via Priestley Street, Sankey Green Island, Lovely Lane and Bewsey Road and vice versa Priestley Street (north east bound traffic) via Midland Way, Lythgoes Lane, Pinners Brow and Tanners Lane and vice versa. The closure is required to undertake inspections to the structures of the railway bridges. Ref: HIGH/1743

OMEGA BOULEVARD. WARRINGTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving and clearway on Omega Boulevard from Lingley Green Avenue to Orion Boulevard.
The Order will be effective from Saturday 27th May 2017 for 2 weeks. The closure is expected to be in operation between 7pm - 5am when signed on site.
The alternative routes will be via Omega Boulevard, Skyline Drive via Omega Boulevard, Skyline Drive, Burtonwood Road, Whittle Avenue, Lingley Green Avenue and vice versa. The restrictions and closures are required to undertake carriageway surfacing, reinstatement of ironwork, patching and road markings. Ref: HIGH/1732

ORFORD ROAD, WARRINGTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Orford Road from its junction with Birchwood Way to its junction with Padgate Lane.
The Order will be effective during the hours of 10.30pm and 6am from Wednesday 24th May 2017 to Saturday 27th May 2017 when signed on site.
The alternative route is via Birchwood Way, Woolston Grange Avenue, Manchester Road and vice versa.
The closure is required to carry out bridge repairs. Ref: HIGH/1744

The alternative routes will be Church Lane via Warrington Road, Shaw Street and vice versa or via Warrington Road, Hampson Avenue, Thames Road, Avon Road and vice versa.
The restrictions and closures are required to undertake essential carriageway surfacing works. Ref: HIGH/1734

HOLCROFT LANE, CULCHETH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY AND SPEED LIMIT RESTRICTION) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce the following:-Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway
Holcroft Lane - From A574 Warrington Road for 500m in a South-easterly direction.
Temporary Speed Limit Restriction - 40mph - 20mph
Holcroft Lane - From A574 Warrington Road for 500m in a South-easterly direction.
The Order will be effective from Saturday 27th May 2017 for 2 weeks. The closures are expected to be in operation between 7pm - 1am, however the speed reduction is in operation for 24 hours signed on site. The alternative routes will be Holcroft Lane via A574 Warrington Road, A574 Birchwood Park Avenue, A574 Birchwood Way, Woolston Grange Avenue, A57 Manchester Road, Glazebrook Lane and vice versa. The restrictions and closures are required to undertake highway improvement works, including kerbing, drainage, associated footway and carriageway surfacing. Ref: HIGH/1733

MOULDERS LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND SUSPENSION) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce:
Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (Academy Way and Moulders Lane)(ProhibiGon of Driving and Suspension) Temporary Order 2016 in so far as it relates to:
Temporary One Way - To prohibit any vehicle from proceedings along Moulders Lane other than from east to west from south to north.
Temporary Prohibition of Driving - Moulders Lane from its junction with Bank Street for a distance of approximately 95m in a south westerly direction.
The Order will be effective between the hours of 9am - 5pm Saturday 13th May and Sunday 14th May when signed on site.
The reason for the temporary restrictions is to facilitate the erection of plant and equipment associated with the cladding installation for the new Multi Storey Car Park. Ref: HIGH/1748
