HARWICH HAVEN AUTHORITY MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL FROM THE OUTER CHANNEL AT HARWICH

Notice is hereby given that Harwich Haven authority has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake disposal of dredge material at sea.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the HHA offices, Harbour House, The Quay, Harwich, Essex, CO12 3HH, during office hours.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at http://www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to mark.kirby@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 29 January 2016, quoting reference MLA/2015/00487.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
