Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Pic has applied in respect of the Canal Turn, Lancaster Road, Carnforth, LA5 9EA for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for; This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The change consists of the addition of a temporary external bar servery to be located on the canal side terrace, as shown on the submitted plan. The locations of fire safety and other safety equip­ment subject to change in accor­dance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment. Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time. To add the fol­lowing conditions:- The external temporary bar servery shall operate between the hours of 12:00h and 21:Q0h every day. No glasses or drinking vessels shall be left in pub­lic areas at the end of each service session and regular glass/container collection shall occur during all service periods to ensure no redun­dant drinking vessels are left out The area outside of the premises will be swept at the end of every service period to ensure any broken glass or other potentially harmful material is cleared from any public thoroughfare. There shall be two staff members outside on duty whenever the external bar servery is operational. All other hours, activities and conditions permitted by the premes are to remain unchanged by this application.
