Notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
The Trustees of the SHG Pension Scheme (the "Scheme") intend to finalise the wind up the Scheme and make a distribution of any final assets remaining.
The Trustees believe they have the names of everyone who had a right to benefits. However, if you think you have an entitlement under the Scheme and have not already been contacted by the Trustees in relation to this or in relation to the transfer of your pension rights to the Bristol Street Pension Scheme, please write to Kevin Kenneally of HR Trustees, Phoenix House, 1 Station Hill, Reading RG1 1NB.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when they were members of the Scheme or details of the basis of their claim.
Your claim must arrive on or before
June 30th 2017. Late claims may not be accepted.
As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice on June 30th 2017, the Trustees will complete the wind up the Scheme, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice.
