(A448 Drakelow Lane, Wolverley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of A448 Drakelow Lane, Wolverley from its junction with C2015 Sladd Lane to its junction with C2019 Wolverley Village in order to facilitate drainage works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2019 Wolverley Village, B4189 Wolverley Road, B4189 Shatterford Lane, C2015 Sladd Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4days Commencing: 2 May 2017.
(Footpath RK-523, Rock)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017
Order made: to close Footpath RK-523, Rock for the entire length.
The Order has being made to facilitate repair works to a dangerous bridge.
There are exemptions in the Order to permit access to any land or premises having
a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and
to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
No alternative route available.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or
until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed,
whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 28 April 2017.
(Engine Lane, Stourport on Severn)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of Engine Lane, Stourport on Severn from its junction with A451 Bridge Street for its entire length in orderto facilitate installation of new sub ducting works for Amberon Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
No alternative route.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 21 May 2017.
(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Leswell Lane, Kidderminster]
On 13 April 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:
Leswell Lane (north east side) from a point 16.4 metres south west of its central point of the junction with Clovelly Court for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. The Order will come into operation on 4 May 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made
