Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Essex
The Essex County Council Definitive Map Modification No. 628 (Footpath 49 Greenstead Green, Braintree District) Order 2016
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council on 29th March 2017 confirmed the above mentioned Order and it took effect on that day.
The effect of the Order is to modify the Definitive Map for the County of Essex by:-
1. Adding a footpath from Halstead Road at Whiteash Green running in a north-westerly direction
along the western bank of the watercourse to the eastern boundary of Broaks Wood. A copy of the Order and Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Braintree CM7 9HB and at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, Chelmsford CM1 1QH, where copies will be available on request at a charge. If any person is aggrieved by this Order and desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 have not been complied with in relation to it, he may within 42 days from the date of publication of this Notice make an application to the High Court under paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 15 to the Act. (Hall Road, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close Hall Road, Finchingfield, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Tinkers Green Road for its full length, a distance of approximately 358 m.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 27/04/17, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter / leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. (Tinkers Green Road, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tinkers Green Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree from its junction with Spains Hall Road for a distance of approximately 340 m in a Northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th July 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CN17W018JULIBLGAWWP - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while restoring service works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Tinkers Green Road, Cornish Hall End, Little London Hill, Howe Street, Duck End, Spains Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Station Road, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 192m northwest of its junction with Feering Hill for a distance of approximately 27m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (KL134LTN1-42-24-260717 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while detailed bridge examination works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

(Wickham Bishops Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wickham Bishops Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 760m East of its junction with Spring Lane for a distance of approximately 27 m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AD03153532799 - Anglian Water) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Spring Lane, Maldon Road, Wickham Bishop Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 3rd July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
