Order made: to close that part of C2208 Post Office Lane, Kempsey, from its junction with U60002 Roman Road for a distance of450 metres in westerly direction in order to facilitate carriagewayworks. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: - C2208 post office Lane, A38 Main Road, U60034 Napleton Lane, U60002 Roman Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 27 April 2017.
(CityofWorcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (WaitingRestrictionsand StreetParkingPlaces) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Restriction of Waiting on Hardwicke Close, Worcester]
On 13 April 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to restrict waiting Monday - Friday 10.00am - 4.00pm on the
followinglength and side ofroad in Worcester: Hardwicke Close (east side) from a point183.4 metres eastand then south ofits junction with Henwick Road for a distance of16.6 metres in a southerlydirection. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptionsto allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 4 May2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The
Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Penhill Crescent (west side) from a point 8.5 metres south of its junction with Emerald Road for a distance of13.3 metresin asoutherlydirection. Restrictwaiting Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm Penhill Crescent (east side) from a point8.5 metres south ofits junction with Emerald Road for a distance of 53 metres in a southerly direction.

Proposed Order: to close that part of Barbourne Terrace, Worcester from its junction with A38 Barbourne Road to its junction with U50022 Selbourne Road in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Draycott Lane, Kempsey from its junction with A38 Main Road for a distance of100metres in a southerly direction in order to facilitate drainage works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: Draycott Lane, C2056 The Nash, A38 Main Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 22 May 2017.
(Link Footpath F50060 Sinton Lane, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F50060 Sinton Lane, Worcester from its junction with U54215 Hudson Close to its junction with U54268 Hanbury Park Road in order to facilitate footway reconstruction works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: - Hanbury Park Road, B4206 Malvern Road, F50076 between 230/232 divorced footway, U54215 Hudson Close, F50060 Swinton Lane vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 18 days: Commencing: 22 May 2017.
(Bridleway WN-571 Nunnery Way, Worcester) (Temporary Closure Order) 2016 Notice is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 28 April 2016, the effect of which is to close Bridleway WN-571 Nunnery Way, Worcester for its entire length, which was due to expire on 5 May 2017 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 5 November 2017 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State. The Order is being made to facilitate construction of a new road access.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. No alternative route available.
