Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the afore­mentioned deceased, late of Milton House Care Home 58 Avenue Road Southend-on-Sea Essex SS0 7PJ (formerly of 5A Argyll Road Westcliff-on-Sea Essex SS0 7HL), who died on 15/04/2017, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 07/07/2017, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
