THE CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLOITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (A650 Hard Ings Road Improvement, Keighley) (Side Roads) Order 2017
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council hereby give notice that they have made, and submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport for confirmation, an Order under Section 14 and 125 of the Highways Act 1980 -1. authorising the Council to :-
(a) improve highways (including raising, lowering or otherwise altering),

(b) stop up private means of access to premises

(c) provide new means of access to said premises

all on or in the vicinity of the route of the classified route known as the A650 Hard Ings Road, Keighley which the Council are proposing to improve from its junction with the A629 Beechcliffe Roundabout, generally eastwards to a point 75 metres west of its junction with the Bradford Road Roundabout. Copies of the Order and of the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours from Thursday, 27th April 2017 at the offices of The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, City Hall, Centenary Square, Bradford BD1 1HY, at Keighley Town Hall, Bow Street, Keighley BD21 3PAand at Keighley Library, North Street, Keighley BD21 3SX. ANY PERSON may not later than Friday, 9th June 2017 object to the confirmation of the Order by notice to the Secretary of State for Transport, National Transport Casework Team, Department of Transport, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE4 7AR stating the grounds of their objection.
