NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Order 1984, made the above Order, the effect of which wi ll be to i ntroduce a change of di recti on of traffic flow on the street as descri bed i n Schedule 1, to regulate the waiting of vehicles as described in Schedules 2,3,4,5,6 and 8, to introduce a residents' only parking scheme in Schedules 8,9 and 10, and to revoke the existing Orders described in Schedule 7.
