APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mason Arms Ltd has applied to West Oxfordshire DC to vary the Premises Licence to extend the current regulated hours by one hour on Monday to Saturday, add late night refreshment hours, provide a condition for resident guests, remove the historic Sunday afternoon provisions, add off sales and approve the new Premises Licence plans for The Mason Arms situated at Station Road South Leigh Witney OX29 6XN: A register of licensing applications can be inspected by contacting Licensing Function, Woodgreen Witney Oxfordshire OX28 1NB or email ers@2020partnership.uk or by calling 01993 861000. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 18 May 2017. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard Scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
