NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Section 257 and Paragraph 7 of Schedule 14
NEWPORT CITY COUNCIL
FOOTPATH NO. 387/16 BETTWS
On 26 April 2017, Newport City Council confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath running from Point A to Point D then to Point E then to Point B to a line running from Point A to Point C then to Point B as shown on the Order Map.
A copy of the Order as confirmed and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at the Civic Centre, Newport, South Wales NP20 4UR from 9.00am to 4.00pm from Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of Two Pounds.
The Order comes into force on 26 April 2017 but if a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to thatAct.

Daw'r Gorchymyn i rymar 26 Ebrill 2017 ond os bydd person yn teimlo ei fod wedi'i dramgwyddo gan y Gorchymyn ac yn amau ei ddilysrwydd, neu unrhyw ddarpariaethau sydd wedi'u cynnwys ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau'r Ddeddf uchod, neu arysail nascydymffurfiwyd ag unrhywun o ofynion y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed dan y Ddeddf mewn cysylltiad a'r Gorchymyn, gall wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys at unrhyw un o'r dibenion hyn, dan adran 287 Deddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 o fewn chwe wythnos o'r dyddiad y cyflwynwydyr hysbysiad amytrocyntafyn unol a pharagraff 7 Atodlen 14y Ddeddf honno.
