Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.
Proposed development at Prospecthill Square/Prospecthill Circus, Glasgow, for the erection of a residential development (circa 67 units) and associated works. A public meeting will be held at Toryglen Community Hall, 199 Prospecthill Circus on Wednesday the 10th of May 2017 between 1pm to 7pm. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by Friday, 26th May 2017 to Hypostyle Architects (Jennifer Graham) by post or email to j.graham@hypostyle.co.uk This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
