Floor 3 Events Ltd Scampston Hall Parkland, Scampston, Malton, YO17 8NG Application has been made on the 24th April 2017 for a Licence for the above Premises under the above Act for the Atlas Festival from Friday the 28th July to Monday the 31st July 2017 as follows:- 1.The Provision of Live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar to the above on Friday 12:00-03:00, Saturday and Sunday 08:00-03:00 and Monday 08:00-14:00 hours. 2.The Provision of Films on Friday 12:00-00:00, Saturday, Sunday 08:00-00:00 and Monday 08:00-14:00 hours. 3. Provision of Late Night Refreshment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 23:00-03:00 hours. 4. Supply of Alcohol on Friday 12:00-03:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00-03:00 and Monday 10:00-14:00 hours. 5. Premises open to the public :- access to the campsite is 24 hours from 12:00 on Friday -14:00 on Monday 31st July. The festival opening hours are 10:00 -03:00 daily. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk)within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 22nd of May 2017).
