NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Mrs Nina Jane Arnold late of 22 Penstones Court Marlborough Lane Stanford in the Vale Faringdon Oxfordshire who died on 20/11/2015 is hereby required to send particular thereof to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 3rd Of April, 2016

After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice.

In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
