Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1158 Nunns Hole, Castle Frome Temporary Closure Order to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1158 Nunns Hole, Castle Frome, from the junction with the A4103 to the junction with the B4214. Grid Ref: 367288 / 246582 to 367213 / 246037. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A4103 onto the B4214 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to water mains renewal and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 3rd of May 2017 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 weeks.
