Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under it's relevant powers, have made the A4110 Lawtons Cross towards Kingsland, HEREFORDSHIRE, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road : A4110 FROM HOSTEL LANE TO SPOUT LANE (23219893), SHIRLHEATH KINGSLAND, HEREFORDSHIRE OS Grid Ref: from 343829/259297-343990/260196. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via C1037 towards Lawton then onto the B4529 towards Lawton Cross and visa versa.
The said closure is required due resurfacing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 24th April 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
