Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, intends to make the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH BJ2, BARTESTREE (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 which will temporarily close Public Footpath BJ2 from OS Grid Reference SO 5671, 5100 to 5679, 4103. The closure is required while construction work is carried out. There is no alternate route.

The Order is intended to come into operation on 1 May 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
