PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (C2030 Station Road, Hartlebury)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The Council have made an Order to close that part of C2030 Station Road, Hartlebury, from its junction with U40004 Whitelenge Lane to its junction with Moors Avenue in order to facilitate replacement of level crossing works for Network Rail. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2030 Walton Road, C2030
Ryelands Lane, C2145 Crown Lane to Elmley Lovett, C2144 Crown Lane, A449 Worcester Road, C2030 Old Worcester Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (weekend 22:00hrs-10:00hrs): Commencing: 22 April 2017.
(Wyre Forest District - Bewdley area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on B4195 Stourport Road, Sandbourne Drive, Sandstone Road and Brook Vale, Bewdley]
On 11 April 2017 Worcestershire County Council
made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit
waiting at any time on the following lengths and
sides of roads in Bewdley:
B4195 Stourport Road (north east side) from its junction with Sandbourne Drive for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction and 10 metres in a
southerly direction. Sandbourne Drive (south east
side) from its junction with B4195 Stourport Road for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction; (north west side) from its junction with B4195 Stourport Road to its junction with Sandstone Road; from its junction with Sandstone Road for a distance
of 10 metres in a north easterly direction; Sandstone Road (south west side) from its junction with
Sandbourne Drive for a distance of 11.7 metres in a
north westerly direction; (north east side) from its
junction with Brook Vale for a distance of 6 metres in a south easterly direction; from its junction with Sandbourne Drive for a distance of 13.3 metres in a north westerly direction. Brook Vale (east side) from its junction with Sandstone Road for a distance of 13.1 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons'
vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 21 April 2017.

Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at
Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the
Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
