Has applied to Purbeck District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act for the Premises known as and situate at Lytchett Minster Parish Church, CJ's and Car Park Dorchester Road, Lytchett
Minster, BH16 6JE and propose to carry on the following activities: Sale of alcohol; and/or an exhibition of a film; and/ or a performance of live music(or entertainment of a similar description); and/ or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description);

Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals In the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between Friday 9th April 2017 and Friday 5th May 2017.
It Is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary convictionis level 5 of the standard scale (£5000 January 2005).
