BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - FOOTPATH BETWEEN JOHN ST. AND MIGHELL STREET BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on 17th. April 2017 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect-Close the Footpath that links John Street with Mighell Street
2.The Order is necessary to allow Contractors to carry out works on and adjacent to the footpath.
3. Pedestrian access will be via. The footways along John Street and Carlton Hill.
4. This Order comes into force on 17th April 2017 for six months or until such sooner time as the works are completed which is anticipated to be within three months.
