Have applied to Bolton MBC for a new premises License.
The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are
1. Opening Hours 11.00 to 02.00 each day, 2, Live Music 17.00 to 01.30 each day, 3, Recorded music 17.00 to 01.30 each day, 4, Late night refreshment 23.00 to 01.30 each day, 5, Supply of alcohol 11.00 to 01.30 each day.
The application may be inspected at Bolton MBC Licensing Team, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU, Bolton between the hours of 9.00 a.m.and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'intersted party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 11/04/2017. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 10/05/2017. All representations must be made in writing.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false staement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5000.
