APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Yorkshire Dales Brewing Company Ltd to Richmondshire District Council in respect of premises known as Abbey Works which are situated at the former station yard, Askrigg, DL8 3JT The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises -is as follows: The sale of alcohol via internet sales and a bottle shop to be sold for consumption off the premises and the sale of alcohol to be consumed on or off the premises during 'ad-hoc' organised events. Opening hours will be restricted to 10.00 to18.00 (Sun - Thurs) and 10.00 to 20.00 (Fri and Sat). The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond North Yorkshire DL10 4JX during normal office hours, (by appointment only). Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council at the above address by 10th May 2017. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
