LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Mr K Hussain has submitted a premises licence application to Oxford City Council.
The application is for a new licence (to replace the licence previously held by another person) for the premises known as 266 Cowley Road, Oxford, OX4 1UH. The application proposes the sale of late night refreshment. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must to so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, Town Hall, StAldates, Oxford, OX1 1BX no later than 9 May 2017 The full application, including the hours of operation (which are the same as the previous licence) may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council's website, www. oxford.gov.uk
