OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(OXFORD - CAR CLUB PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION NO. 5*) ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order will further amend The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford-Car Club Parking Places) Order 2010.
The effect of the proposal is to increase the number of permanent places for Car Club Parking Bays by adding the following locations:
1. Alexandra Road - eastern side,from a point 15 metres south of its junction with Botley Round in a southerly direction for 5 metres (northern partofexistingshort term parking bay);

2. Leckford Road - north-west side,from a point approx. 15 metres northeast of its junction with Kingston Road in a north-easterly direction for 5 metres (first space of existing short term parking bay);

3. Juxon Street - northwest side, from a point approx. 17.5 metres south-west of the western kerbline of Allam Streetin asouth-westerlydirection for 5 metres (first space of existing permit parking bay);

(Consequential changes may be made to other Parking Orders where scheduled parking is adjusted to accommodate these proposed Car Club places.) Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made may be sent in writing to the address below (or via the web address above) by no later than 08 May 2017. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
