Notice is hereby given that on 29 March 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Ms Louise Naing residing at 23 Melfort Gardens, Clydebank, G81 2HG for an order to restore Snooker Park Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number Company Number SC460699) having its registered office latterly at 164 Craigpark, Glasgow, Scotland, G31 2HE, to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 30 March 2017 ordered that a copy of the Petition and Interlocutor be intimated on the Walls of Court and a like copy served upon the Registrar of Companies and the Lord Advocate and appointed notice of the import of the Petition and Interlocutor to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and Glasgow Herald and appointed any person interested if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, GS 9DA within twenty one days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, of which notice is hereby given.
