The full application can be Inspected at the Licensing Authority at the below address in normal office hours. Other persons or responsible authorities can make written representations to the Bolton Council, Licensing Unit, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton, BL1 1RU by the 3rd May 2017. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
