Notice of Temporary Road Closure Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Various Roads within Middlewich & Holmes Chapel

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East

Borough Council in exercise of its powers

under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic

Regulation Act 1984, and of all other

enabling powers, has made an order the

effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit

traffic as follows carriageway surfacing works

Prohibition of traffic-

Newton Bank. Middlewich

From the junction with Nantwich Road to the

junction with Chester Road

Nantwich Road. Middlewich

From the Cheshire West Boundary to the

junction with Nantwich Road

Station Road, Holmes Chapel

From the junction with London Road to the

junction with Manor Lane

Northwich Road. Cranage

From the junction with Holmes Chapel Road

to the junction with Knutsford Road

This order will come into operation on 14th April 2017 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 30th November 2017.
