Notice is hereby given that we Rigby's Fruit Ltd have made an application on 10th April 2017 to Warrington Borough Council for a New Premises Licence for Rigby's, 13/17 Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1XE for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 8th May 2017 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
