Notice is hereby given that I Jack Critchley have made an application on 5 April 2017 to Warrington Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at The Old Town House, 95 Buttermarket Street, Warrington WA1 2NL for the following licensable activities: Provision of Regulated Entertainment and Supply of Alcohol on the Premises: Mon - Sun: 12.00 until 01.30; Provision of Late Night Refreshment: Mon - Sun: 23.00 until 01.30; Opening Hours: Mon - Sun: 12.00 until 02.30. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 3 May 2017 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
