Notice is hereby given that We Platinum Retail Ltd have applied to St Helens Council for Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as

West End Service Station, West End Road, Haydock, St Helens, Merseyside, WA11 0AE

Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is:

To increase the sale of alcohol for consumption (off)

The premises to 08.00 hours to 23.00 hrs Mondays to Sundays inclusive.

To amend the approved plan of the premises.

The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, StHelens WA10 1HF (or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk) By 27 April 2017.

It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
