BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(DOWNSHIRE WAY, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along A322 Downshire Way from the junctions of A3095 Mill Lane (Twin Bridges roundabout) and A322 Bagshot Road (Horse & Groom roundabout).
The purpose of this Order is to ensure the safety of the public & workforce whilst carriageway re-surfacing and re-marking are carried out.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 8th May 2017 and although the Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months, it is currently programmed that the works requiring a road closure will be carried out overnight [20:00 (8pm) - 06:00 (6am)] between 8th May 2017 and 12th May 2017.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated-12th April 2017 Vincent Palickza
