NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(VARIOUS ROADS IN THE DISTRICT OF RYEDALE) ORDER 2017 NO 166
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the roads as listed below, in Hutton-le-Hole, Ebberston, Flaxton, Birdsall, Nunnington, Farndale West, Oswaldkirk, Sheriff Hutton, Stonegrave, Spaunton, Hawnby, Hovingham, West Lutton, Acklam, Leavening, Weaverthorpe, Cold Kirby, Fangdale Beck, Welburn and Westow, in the Borough of Ryedale:
1. C20 Blakey Road from Farndale junction to Ralphs Cross

2. B1258 Ebberston Gatehouse to Ings Lane

3. C93 Flaxton Scotchman Lane to Thornton Moor Lane

4. C351 Birdsall to Leavening

5. C61 Nunnington Ings Lane to West Ness

6. C62 Farndale West Daleside Road

7. C88 Oswaldkirk to Ampleforth

8. C91 Sheriff Hutton to Thornton-le-Clay

9. C97 Stonegrave Junction B1257 to Nunnington Bridge

10. C63 Spaunton Moor Lane

11. C190 Hawnby junction B1257 to Shaken Bridge Farm

12. C89 Hovingham to Coulton

13. C359 West Lutton Newlands Lane to Ling Hall Farm

14. C354 Acklam Thrussendale to Acklam Wold

15. C61 Leavening to Gally Gap

16. C356 Weaverthorpe to Butterwick

17. C190 Cold Kirby Cleveland Road

18. U1 and U3121 Fangdale Beck village

19. U75 Welburn Skiplam Road to Hold Cauldron

20. U491 Westow Badger Bank Road

for a temporary period of up to 5 days on up to 5 occasions, between 25th April 2017 and 3rd November 2017 (subject to access to premises), due to patching, preparation, surface dressing, sweeping and lining works. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
