Notice is hereby given that on 28 March 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Charles Kerr, sole director of GardenFurniture4u Ltd, having it’s Registered Office at Mclay, Mcalister & Mcgibbon Llp, 145 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5JF craving the Court inter alia that the said Company (Company No. SC435282) be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth R. Craig and Kenneth W. Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Traynor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor of 28 March 2017 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; and meantime appointed Mr Craig and Mr Pattullo to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) for a limited period; all of which notice is hereby given.
