OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (MARCHAM PARISH) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 3 April 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the order, which comes into force on 10 April 2017, is to extend the 30mph speed limit in North Street, Marcham so as to terminate in Sheepstead Road 240 metres north of the junction with Kings Avenue, replacing the current unrestricted (60mph) limit. The Oxfordshire County Council (Marcham Parish) (Speed Limits) Order 2000 has been revoked. A copy of the order and detailed documents may be inspected at County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX 1 1ND between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday; and at Abingdon Library,The Charter, OXI4 3LY,from 9am to 7pm Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday and Friday,9am to Ipm Thursday and from 9am to 4.30pm Saturday.
