Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the U82360 Orchard Avenue, Hereford, Temporary Suspension of Prohibition of Driving Order 2017 to temporarily permit any vehicle to use (if appropriate) the length of said highway classified as:U82360 Orchard Avenue, Hereford, between the junction of C1261 Hoarwithy Road and U82246 Staddlestone Circle Grid Ref: 351079/238205.

The said Order is required due to the nearby closure of the A49 and to facilitate residential access whilst works are taking place. The said order will come into force on 24th April 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 2 weeks.
