Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the estate of the late Hannah Marion Hughes, retired housewife, of 67 Shirley Avenue, Southampton, S015 5NH, who died on 8th November 2016, should send particulars in writing to Square One Law LLP, Anson House, Fleming Business Centre, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 3AE by 1st July 2017. After this date the personal representatives will convey or distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims, whether formal or not, of which the personal representatives than have notice and shall not, as respect the property so conveyed or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the personal representatives have not had notice at the time of conveyance or distribution.
