(A448 Drakelow Lane, Wolverley)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Proposed Order: to close that part of A448 Drakelow

Lane, Wolverley from its junction with C2015 Sladd

Lane to its junction with C2019 Wolverley Village in

order to facilitate drainage works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be

undertaken.

Alternative route: C2019 Wolverley Village, B4189 Wolverley Road, B4189 Shatterford Lane, C2015 Sladd

Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 2 May 2017.

(Wyre Forest District - Bewdley area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Waiting Restrictions on Load Street, Bewdley

Worcestershire County Council are to consider

making an Order the effect of which will be to regularise the parking restrictions as currently marked

out on the ground on Load Street Bewdley as

follows:-

(north side - north of St Anne's Church) Create a disabled person' parking place from a point 49.6

metres east of its junction with Dowles Road for a

distance of 5.7 metres in an easterly direction. Limit waiting 30 minutes no return within 1 hour

7am - 7pm from a point 55.3 metres east of its

junction with Dowles Road for a distance of

10.4 metres in an easterly direction. Prohibit waiting

at any time from a point 65.7 metres east of its

junction with Dowles Road for a distance of 32 metres in an easterly direction. Limit waiting 30 minutes no return within 30 minutes from a point 97.7 metres east of its junction with Dowles Road for a distance of 12 metres in an easterly direction. (North east side -west of St Anne's Church) Limit waiting 7am - 7pm

30 minutes no return within 1 hour from a point

8.0 metres south east of its junction wih Park Lane for a distance of 11.3 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of

contraventions of waiting prohibitions and

restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
