Fermanagh and Omagh District Council has granted planning permission for the following planning applications: Application No 1: LA10/2016/0938/F
Location: Lands adjacent to Tracey Concrete Ltd, Old Rossorry Road, Enniskillen BT74 7LF. East of existing factory and offices, North of
Sillees River and South of Laurelvale Court. Proposal: Change of use of agricultural land to open storage area to facilitate extension of existing concrete products yard.
The extended yard surface will be Geo-textile and stone covered to existing level and will store concrete pipes and pipe rings.
The extended yard will be accessed through the existing yard. Associated landscaping and drainage will be provided.

Location: Old Erne Hospital Site, Cornagrade Road, Enniskillen.BT744RT
Proposal: Construction of a new college on the former Erne Hospital site. Construction will be of steel frame with a mix of curtain walling and masonry walling over four storeys with associated car parking and external works.
