Notice is hereby given that Adam Michael Presdee has applied to Redditch Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of Unit 4a, The Quadrant, Redditch, B98 8AE.

The application is for live and recorded music, performance of dance, or anything of a similar description and the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:00 - 04:00

A record of this application is held by Redditch Borough Council at Licensing Section, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square Redditch, B98 8AH and can be viewed by members of the public online by visiting www.redditchbc.gov.uk

Any responsible authority or any other person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 1st May 2017. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
