(Shrubbery Road, Brook Road & Millfield Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of Shrubbery Road, Brook Road & Millfield Road, Bromsgrove, from its junction with B4091 Worcester Road to its junction with Millfield Road in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative routes in 2 phases - (a) Shrubbery Road:
U21015 Millfield Road, U21000 Fox Lane, B4091 Rock Hill, Worcester Road and vice versa. (b) Brookfield Road and Millfield Road: U21015 Millfield Road, U21000 Fox Lane, B4091 Rock Hill, Worcester Road, U21018 Shrubbery Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 5 week period): Commencing: 1 May 2017.
(U22024 Foley Gardens, Stoke Prior) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of U22024 Foley
Gardens, Stoke Prior, from the beginning of its junction
with B4091 Hanbury Road to the end of its junction with B4091 Hanbury Road in order to facilitate new
property service connection works for Severn Trent and
Western Power.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4091 Hanbury Road and vice versa

and C2148 Astwood Lane, Hanbury) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2017
On 23 March 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update
and continue the existing 40 mph speed limit on the
following lengths of roads in Hanbury:-B4090 from a point 40 metres north east of its junction with UC42002 (Salt Way) in a north easterly then south easterly direction to a point 610 metres south east of its junction with B4091. B4091 Hanbury Road from its junction with B4090 in a northerly direction to a point
420 metres north of its junction with C2079 (School, Road). C2079 School Road from its junction with
B4091 Hanbury Road in a westerly direction to a point
140 metres west of its junction with C2148 Astwood
Lane. C2148 Astwood Lane from its junction with
C2079 School Road for a distance of 60 metres in a northerly direction.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces
Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 6 April 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of
Reasons for making the Order and any affected existing Order may be inspected at The Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich, Worcs., WR9 8DQ, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the
Order or this exercise of them may be questioned
by application to the High Court within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Order made: to close that part of C2063 Frankley Green Lane, Frankley, from its junction with C2039 Frankley Hill Lane to its junction with U20651 Yew Tree Lane in order to facilitate reconstruction works for highway embankment and a retaining wall. Proposed Order: to close that part of C2164 Charford Road, Bromsgrove, from its junction with B4091 Rock Hill to its junction with A38 Eastern Bypass in order to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route B4091 Rock Hill, B4091 Hanbury Road,
A38 Redditch Road, A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass
and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (over a weekend within a 4 week period). Commencing: 26 April 2017.
(Salwarpe Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Salwarpe Road,
Bromsgrove from its junction with Humphrey Avenue to its junction with Lyttleton Avenue in order to
facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route:- Humphrey Avenue, Lyttleton Avenue and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5daysCommencing: 27 April2017.
(U21219 Santridge Lane, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U21219 Santridge Lane, Bromsgrove from its junction with U21226 The Flats to its junction with U21218 Bewell Head in order to facilitate Western Power works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U21218 Bewell Road, B4091
Stourbridge Road, U21219 Santridge Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 2 May 2017.

(c) Fairfield Road - from it junction with C2062 Doctors Hill to its junction with U21201 Dodford Road.

The order is being made to facilitate Severn Trent works.
