Union Street (north side) from a point 20 metres east
of its junction with Millsbro Road for a distance of
15 metres in an easterly direction; (south side) from a point 20 metres east of its junction with Millsbro Road for a distance of 15 metres in an easterly direction. Replace limited waiting 15 minutes no return within 4 hours 8.00am - 6.00pm except permit holders with prohibition of waiting at any time (north side) from a point 5 metres west of its junction with Millsbro Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain
purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons
vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement
of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning
Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch,
Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road,

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Loxley Close,
Redditch]
On 23 March 2017 Worcestershire County Council
made an Order the effect of which will be to create a
disabled persons' parking place on the following
length and side of road in Redditch: Loxley Close (north side) from a point 13 metres west of its junction with Loxley Close for a distance of 2.5 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain
exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 6 April 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at
Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town
Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH,
and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting and Revocation of Restriction of Waiting on Tennyson Road, Redditch]
On 23 March 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to impose prohibition of waiting at any time and revoke
restriction of waiting Monday - Friday 8.30am -4.30pm on the following lengths and sides of roads in
Redditch:
Tennyson Road (south side) from its junction with
Tennyson Road Stub Road for a distance of 35 metres in
an easterly direction and 40 metres in a northerly
direction; (north side) from the boundary line of 24/26 Tennyson Road for a distance of 75 metres in a westerly
then northerly direction. Tennyson Road (Stub Road)
(both sides) from its junction with Tennyson Road for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days: Commencing: 10 April 2017.

(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2035 Storrage
Lane, Rowney Green, Alvechurch, from its junction with
C2034 Rowney Green Lane to its junction with C2044
Icknield Street in order to facilitate fibre installation
works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2044 Icknield Street, B4101 Dagnell End Road, A441 Birmingham Road, A441 Cobbs Barn Farm Roundabout, C2291 Redditch Road, C2034 The Holloway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 30 days Commencing: 01 May 2017.

bypass, M42 northbound, Redditch from its junction
with A441 Cobbs Farm Roundaboutto its junction with
A441 Alvechurch bypass in order to facilitate
carriageway pre-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

junction with Druids Lane in order to facilitate
carriageway pre-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
