NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF DURHAM (PUBLIC FOOTPATH No. 16 SEDGEFIELD PARISH) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2017
The above order was made on 30 March 2017. The effect of the order will be to divert Public Footpath No. 16 Sedgefield Parish from a point on the A689 south-east of Sedgefield, proceeding in a generally north-westerly direction across a field to a point some 182 metres south east of Eden Drive to a line running from the same point on the A689, proceeding in a generally south westerly then north-westerly direction through the proposed development to the same point some 182 metres south-east of Eden Drive as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Sedgefield library and the Council's Offices at County Hall, Durham during normal opening hours and via the Council website. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at the price of £1.15. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Loraine Holding, Legal Assistant, County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL, no later than 3/5/17. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections to the Order are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, The County Council of Durham may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
