TEMPORARY 40MPH, CONVOY AND 10MPH RESTRICTION
(VARIOUS ROADS, KIRKBYMOORSIDE AND GATE HELMSLEY) ORDER 2017 NO 145 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 40mph, or 10mph through convoy lead works along the roads as listed below, in Kirkbymoorside and Gate Helmsley, in the Borough of Ryedale:
A170 Kirkbymoorside from roundabout to Tilehouse Bridge crossroads
A166 Gate Helmsley from county boundary Warthill to county | boundary Stamford Bridge for a temporary period of up to 5 days on up to 5 occasions, between 24th April 2017 and 3rd November 2017 (subject to access to premises), due to patching, preparation, surface dressing, sweeping and lining works. The order period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs where appropriate. There will be no more than 3 roads restricted at any one time.
