NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Darlington Cricket and Athletic Club CIC do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at South Terrace, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5JD and known as: Darlington Cricket Club. The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol on the premises: 11:00 to 00:00hrs each day. Live and recorded music 11:00 to 23:30hrs each day. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by April 20, 2017. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
