Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Celtic plc proposes to apply for planning permission for a hotel, shop, ticketing facility and museum with associated access, car parking and landscaping works on land at London Road/The Clyde Gateway, Celtic Park, Glasgow. A public exhibition of the proposals will be held in No 7 Restaurant, Celtic Park, Glasgow, G40 3RE on Thursday 20 April 2017 from 2:00pm to 7:30pm. Persons wishing to comment on the proposals should do so by 5 May 2017 to Muir Smith Evans, 203 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4HZ or to celtichotel@muirsmithevans.co.uk This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council at this stage. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and there will be an opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
