Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order : C1152 From B4220 To Redcastle Farm Via Gold Hill, Bosbury Temporary Closure Order to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1152 From B4220 To Redcastle Farm Via Gold Hill, Bosbury, from the junction with the C1159 to outside Briar Croft. Grid Ref: 368314 / 244053 to 268547 / 244063. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4220 onto the B4214 onto the C1152 and vice versa. The said closure is required due to water mains renewal and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 24th of April 2017 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 2 weeks.
