Notice is hereby given that an application for the grant of a premises licence was made to Hertsmere Borough Council on 20 March 2017 to permit the licensable activities of sale of alcohol on and off the premises between the hours of 1000 and 0000 Monday to Sunday and late night refreshment indoors and out­doors between the hours of 2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday inclusive such activigties being subject to the operational conditions offered in the application. Records of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment at Licensing Team, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 IWA. Licensing applications under consideration can be viewed on the Council's website www.hertsmere.gov.uk Any person wishing to submit relevant representa­tions concerning this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Team at the above address, giving in detail the grounds of the representa­tion no later than 28 April 2017. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
