LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bolton Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Bolton Logistics North, A6 Safford Road, Over Hulton, Bolton, BL5 I FN. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of die week between 07:00 and 23:00. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 26 April 2017. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
